About us

We are a “Backpacker Rinjani” Tour and Travel agent located in Sembalun village at the foot of Mount Rinjani, we specialize in Rinjani Trekking, Lombok Tours, Camping and manage an accommodation professionally since 1990, the majority of our team has been recruited and selected from the local community, they have the best mountain climbing skills, are experienced and have been trained a lot in how to serve tourists who are going to climb mountains or other tours in Lombok. We provide several tour and trekking programs, especially for beginners or experienced climbers with private groups or in large numbers.

RECOMMENDED ON TRIPADVISOR

					  We booked a 3D 2N with Tutik (contact provided by Rani, a guide from Java with whom we did 3 hikes in the past). We are a family of 2... read more adults and 3 kids (14, 10, 8y old) French from Singapore. We arrived in Lombok in the morning via the Scoot flight and were picked up at the airport by Tutik’s driver (very nice van by the way). We then went to the pink beach + snorkeling with Tutik and his team (no tourists around and very nice corals + fish). The following 2 days we climbed the mount Rinjani incl. a start of hike at 2am from the campsite (worth the early wake-up to see the sunrise from the top). We had a truly great experience with Tutik’s team: very smily, very good food, good pace (we are an athletic family but we had small children to keep motivated), nice set-up (meals, tents). The whole journey went perfectly well for us. The kids loved the experience. The volcano is splendid. We were saddened by the trash scattered all over the campsites and along the way though. Again, Tutik and his team (including his guide Firman - not sure how to spell it) helped us pick up trash and talk to the rangers. We definitely recommend Tutik and his team. You can do it even with 7y old kids (make sure they are physically fit to enjoy such a great experience).

Mr Tutik and his team really professional and help us a lot during the trip, Erik as a porter during our trip.

They provide us the transportation, homestay, guide, porter and all the information that we need. Nice food, nice approach, amazing experience!

ACCOMMODATION

HOTEL

We provide sleep one night at Rudi's Villa in Sembalun before hiking Mount Rinjani.It offers hot showers in the bathroom, a restaurant, and accommodations with double or twin beds.

CAMPING TENT

We provide sleeping bags and mattress in our tents so you can have a good night's sleep and stay warm and protected from the wind and cold throughout your Lombok Mount Rinjani trip.
